More about Kathy…

Hi, my name is Kathy Stevens, my passions are family and fitness. I am a mother of five wonderful kids and have a great husband of 30 years. I started my career as a P.E. teacher and fitness instructor. Over the years I have had the opportunity to do many fun and exciting things in the fitness industry. These including traveling the world as a Reebok Master Trainer, certifying instructors as a AFAA specialist, designing programs for various companies and health clubs, writing health and fitness articles and helping to produce workout DVDs for a wide variety of fitness products. I truly enjoy talking about physical fitness and currently teach health courses as an adjunct professor for Marymount University in Los Angeles. But what I love most (next to my family of course...) is helping people get fit. So feel free to share your deepest, darkest body issues or asks any health and fitness question you may have. I look forward to being an empowering wellness resource!

Together we will be ACTIVE, HEALTHY and STRONG!
