Pricing

While every reasonable effort is made to prepare our web site as accurately as possible, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors posted on the website accidentally. If you place an order for a product that was incorrectly priced, we will put your order on hold and contact you to obtain authorization for the additional charges. At that time you will have the option to cancel your order. Terms

Empowerfitness.com accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment gateway connection for payment in the online store. Sorry but personal checks cannot be accepted.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged for goods sold or shipped to CA, MA, NJ and TX. Prices listed in our on-line store do not include sales or use tax. These taxes, where applicable, are solely the buyer’s responsibility.

Secure method for transmission of payment data

This store protects customer credit card data through CyberSource preferred payment gateway connection, which provides the highest level of customization and security to merchants for submitting transactions online. Cybersource employs security standard secure data encryption technology to connect to the payment gateway using a 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate.

Payment with debit cards

If you choose to use a debit card, a funds authorization will appear on your statement followed within about a day by the actual charge. Using a debit card could tie up available funds until the transaction is complete. On some occasions such transactions can take up to several days to clear depending on your individual bank. Empowerfitness.com will not be responsible for any overdraft charges incurred as a result of any such transaction delays or costs incurred.

Shipping

Our standard shipping method is Fed Ex ground shipping. We also offer FED EX expedited service at higher shipping costs. Since FED EX does not deliver to PO or APO boxes please contact us at the phone or email listed above so we can arrange an alternate address to ship to you. Empowerfitness.com charges a shipping fee that is calculated during the checkout process. Our on-line shipping rates are for the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. Please call or e-mail us, at addresses provided above for quotes and information regarding shipping & handling rates to Hawaii, Alaska. We do not ship internationally. In stock items will ship within 2-3 business days from time of order.

Cancellations

Every effort will be made to cancel orders at the customer’s request as soon as possible. However, any order cancelled after it has been shipped must be returned at the customer’s expense and will require return authorization from empowerfitness.com before such return. Please contact our customer service department at 800-704-5561 x15 or info@fitnessem.com regarding a cancellation request or to receive a return authorization.

Returns

All returns must be authorized by empowerfitness.com before any return is accepted. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Please contact Customer Service at the numbers or email address provided above to obtain a return authorization and return shipping details.

  • Returns must be in original carton and be in new condition as determined by empowerfitness.com.
  • Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund.
  • The customer is responsible for all return and handling charges except in cases where the return is a result of our error.
  • Physical return address for return shipments will be included in the return authorization information.

Please Note: If you purchased an Empower fitness product at a retail location and need a return or exchange, please return it to the store location where it was originally purchased. The above return information is only for returns and exchanges for products purchased from Empower website.

Damaged Merchandise

Any product which the consumer believes are damaged on receipt must be reported to empowerfitness.com within 10 days of receipt. empowerfitness.com will not accept damage claims after 10 days of the delivery date. If merchandise is discovered damaged after opening - call empowerfitness.com immediately to report damage. Do not return merchandise without empowerfitness.com 's authorization. Keep original carton and all packing materials.
